What’s the difference between the three book options?
Young Artists turns 15 of your photos into 15 coloring illustrations with simpler lines and larger coloring spaces in a perfect-bound paperback. Keepsakes turns 25 photos into 25 more detailed coloring illustrations in a hardcover book with a bound spine.
Create Your Own: Choose 15, 20, or 25 photos, paperback or hardcover, and one coloring style for your whole book: Open & Simple for larger coloring spaces or Fine & Detailed for more intricate coloring. What’s the difference between Classic and Collage covers?
The Classic Cover is included and features one favorite photo with stripes. Choose blush pink, sage green, dusty blue, tan, lavender, soft yellow, or black for your accent stripe; the other stripe stays our signature ivory. The Collage Cover upgrade is $4.95 for Young Artists and $9.95 for Keepsakes. For Create Your Own, it is $4.95 for paperback or $9.95 for hardcover. Choose full color, black and white, or sepia. We’ll create your collage using your selected uploads—8 photos for Young Artists or a Create Your Own paperback; 14 photos for Keepsakes or a Create Your Own hardcover—thoughtfully arranging them across the front and back cover. No additional photos are needed for the collage.
How can I personalize my book?
For Young Artists, enter the name you want after “Made Especially For” on either cover style. For Keepsakes, enter your edition wording—for example, “Our Love Story,” “Dog Days,” or “4th Birthday.” For your Keepsakes opening story, share your occasion, names, how your story began, meaningful people and milestones, and what these memories mean to you. Date and place are optional. Choose “Create a story from my answers” or “Use my answers word for word.” Your occasion starts with your edition wording and can be changed. A lined “A Special Note for You” page is included for a handwritten message. For Keepsakes only, add optional captions for each photo beneath its filename. If you choose Collage, check the photos you want included in the cover. For Create Your Own, choose your binding, photo count, one coloring style, cover, and optional 5 free blank drawing pages on one order page, then upload your photos. Please double-check spelling and your cover selections before ordering.
How many photos do I need?
Upload 15 photos for Young Artists or 25 photos for Keepsakes. With Create Your Own, choose and upload exactly 15, 20, or 25 photos. The photo count stays the same whether you choose a Classic Cover or Collage Cover.
What photos work best?
Choose clear, well-lit original photos with faces and subjects easy to see. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, dark shadows, and screenshots when possible. Photos with fewer people and less background clutter work especially well for Young Artists. Use JPG or PNG files up to 10 MB each, and only upload photos you have permission to use.
Will the coloring pages look exactly like my photos?
Your pages are AI-assisted artistic interpretations of your photos. We aim to capture the people and memories you love, but facial features, backgrounds, clothing, and small details may be simplified or changed. An exact reproduction or likeness is not guaranteed.

What should I use to color my book?
Keepsakes: works best with colored pencils. Young Artists: crayons or colored pencils. For Create Your Own, colored pencils suit either style; crayons are best for Open & Simple. Markers and pens are not suitable for these books.
