Personalized books

Each Line & Loved coloring book is created especially for you using your photos and personalization details. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Cancellations

To request cancellation, email lineandloved@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation is available before custom artwork begins. Once artwork has begun, the order cannot be canceled. We will confirm whether your order can be canceled and any refund due; submitting a request does not itself confirm cancellation.

Personalization details and corrections

Please check the spelling of names, edition wording, cover style, stripe color, and uploaded photos before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. We will check whether a correction is still possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once artwork or production has begun.

If your book matches the photos and personalization details you submitted, a customer-entered mistake is not treated as a defective or incorrect item. If we make an error and your book does not match the details you submitted, contact us so we can review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your book when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the book and packaging if available. Keep the book and packaging while we review the issue. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund and provide any return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

AI-assisted artwork

Coloring pages are artistic interpretations of your photos. Facial features, backgrounds, clothing, and small details may be simplified or changed; an exact reproduction or likeness is not guaranteed. If you have a concern about your artwork, please contact us so we can review it.
